York County Libraries

In 2024, Zeller Preservation successfully obtained SHPO environmental review approval of renovations to three York County Libraries. The project included survey, consultation to bring the scope of work in line with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties, and preparation of the environmental view application. The approval allowed Redevelopment Capital Assistance Program funding to be released for the project.
