Hogan’s Belt Phase I Survey

Zeller Preservation conducted a Phase I reconnaissance-level architectural survey of the Hogan’s Belt Wetland remediation project area in Leesburg, VA . Zeller Preservation evaluated the condition of previously identified historic resources and recorded newly identified ones. Each resource was documented for its integrity and potential eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places. The survey informed an assessment of how the proposed wetland remediation project would impact these historic resources, ensuring compliance with Section 106 and NEPA.
