Indiana Courthouse Roof Restoration

The Indiana Courthouse is an impressive second-empire style building constructed in 1870. Now owned by First Commonwealth Bank, the building required slate roof restoration and HVAC upgrades. Zeller Preservation provided consultation to align the project scope with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. After a scope of work and treatment for the roof restoration was determined, Zeller Preservation completed an Environmental Review application for the project, allowing RACP funds to be used for the restoration.
