Yatton Farm

As one of the oldest settlements in Round Hill, Virginia, Yatton holds significant historic value. Zeller Preservation completed a Phase I reconnaissance-level architectural survey of the surrounding area, followed by a more in-depth Phase II survey of the Yatton farmhouse and adjacent stone saltbox house. This work was undertaken to support Section 106 compliance, documenting the property’s history and integrity to guide preservation planning.
