Tassia Building Historic Tax Credits

Constructed in 1925, the Tassia Building is a former refrigerated warehouse located within the York Historic District in York, Pennsylvania. As part of its adaptive reuse into 20 market-rate residential rental units, Zeller Preservation prepared the Historic Tax Credit application and provided ongoing design consultation to ensure the rehabilitation met the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
