Hotel Lykens and the Israel Building

The Hotel Lykens and Israel Building, located in Lykens, PA, were rehabilitated using Historic Tax Credits and Low Income Housing Tax Credits. Zeller Preservation provided full historic tax credit services, including listing the buildings on the National Register of Historic Places, Part 1, 2 and 3 applications for the Historic Tax Credit, and design consultation to bring the project in line with NPS requirements.
