Founded in 2023, we believe that historic preservation is a tool that can create vibrant and sustainable communities.
Our Team
Becky Zeller
Becky has over a decade of experience working with historic buildings and advising historic buildings owners. She provides historic preservation consulting on a variety of projects, specializing in federal and state historic preservation funding incentives. She has experience preparing National Register nominations, environmental review surveys, determinations of eligibility, Historic Structure Reports, and historic tax credit applications. She also assists building owners in navigating historic preservation regulations at the local, state and federal level. Becky was appointed to the Pennsylvania Historic Preservation Board in 2025.
Becky previously worked for architectural firms in York, PA and New York City. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gettysburg College and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from Columbia University.
Owner 
Tabitha O'Connell is an architectural historian with extensive experience with National Register nominations, local landmark applications, cultural resource surveys, and historic tax credit applications. Tabitha previously worked for the New York State Historic Preservation Office and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Writing from Houghton University and a Master of Science in Historic Preservation from the University at Buffalo.
